To the Editor: I agree with Celeste Lohrbach who wrote in about her hydro bill. I just received mine as well and was floored at the increase; three times what it has been for as long as we have owned our cottage, 20 years! Hydro installed the new smart meter at our cottage as well this summer. [more]
